CHEF STEVE BATUR
A French-trained chef, Chef Batur, is passionate about all things culinary and his favorite ingredients are bacon and butter, which he believes gives each dish more depth and layers of flavor. Chef Batur has built his menu around the concept of “eating the seasons,” which he has been inspired by the Oneida Indians. He executes on this vision by utilizing locally sourced and sustainable foods resulting in a unique ever-changing menu.
